AI in your life · Self-check
What this is about
“Am I missing out on AI right now?” — almost everyone is asking themselves that question at the moment. This check turns it into an organised view: across five areas of life, it shows where AI could already give you time and clarity today, and where your next simple step lies. At the end you get an overall picture, a heatmap for each area and your personal levers — instantly, no waiting.
How to answer
You rate each statement on a scale from 1 (doesn't apply at all) to 5 (fully applies). If you can't judge it, that's a 1 — and that's an honest answer too.
Statements marked reverse-scored are deliberately worded the other way round: there, strong agreement means untapped potential. They are converted automatically in the assessment (6 − value) — no need to think backwards, just answer honestly.

Overall picture
This is an orientation, not a report card. The overall score is deliberately secondary — the heatmap by dimension is the real message, not a single number.

What's already carrying you
Your levers — the biggest untapped potential, in plain terms
Roadmap teaser
Deliberately a teaser, not a full plan — three rough stages drawn from your profile. You set the pace and the depth.
Your possible next step
If you like: here's what the easiest way could look like to tackle your weakest areas without going it alone — no strings attached, you decide.

Going deeper — what it would look like with your own AI companion

What this self-check deliberately can't do
These limits aren't a weakness to be optimised away — they're what keeps the test honest:
- Self-assessment is not an outside view. The test measures how you see yourself — and even that is valuable, because it sorts things out.
- It tells you what, not how. You get the first step for each area. How it fits into your everyday life, only you know — or you work it out together with a companion.
- No judgement about you. The check is an anchor for reflection, never a verdict. A low number only means: something is still waiting there for you.
